Free Water
Free Water is a series of photographs exploring the human-water relationship in Kigali. I grew up seeing a lot of these yellow jerricans, every household must have had at least a couple of them. It is how most people carry and store water in Rwanda. With this series I followed the water cycle in Kigali, from rain to community fountains, and finally the yellow jerricans.

Umubiri na Roho
Body and Soul was a result of experimentation. My friend (pictured) and I were just playing with the camera and these happened. Looking at them I felt I had come close to capturing our dual nature as humans, that of the Body and Soul, the conflicting thoughts, and that's how the name of this series came about.
